Hypernatural

Edit an image

Make a targeted edit that keeps the composition, or regenerate a shot from scratch using its underlying prompt.

Change a shot's image without starting over — make a targeted edit that keeps the overall composition, or go back to the original prompt and regenerate from scratch.

Make a targeted edit

  1. Click the shot to open the Scene panel — or hover over the shot and click the (three-dot) menu, then select Edit.

  2. In the edit prompt box, describe your change however works best:

    • Text prompt — type what you want to update (e.g. "make it a closeup"), and Hypernatural modifies the existing image while keeping the overall composition.

    • Upload a reference image — attach an image to guide the edit. Useful when you want more control over how something should look, like matching a specific product angle, outfit, or visual style.

    • @ mentions — type @ to pull in saved references like characters or products, so the edit uses the exact same asset.

  3. Click Edit image to generate the update.

Start over: Regenerate

If you'd rather start fresh, hover over the shot, open the menu, and click Regenerate. This opens the shot's underlying Image Prompt — the full description the image was originally generated from — which you can edit and then click Regenerate image.

Unlike Edit, which nudges the existing image, Regenerate creates a whole new image.
